I have been an investigator for over 35 years and have attended numerous interview training classes.  Mark’s training classes are a refreshing and engaging approach to gathering pertinent evidence during the interviewing process.  Mark is extremely engaging and knowledgeable and presents the material in a way that draws the audience in.  The Knoxville ACFE has had Mark speak on a couple of occasions and his presentations are always entertaining and informative.
