The Philosophy Behind the Method

In every interview, before a single question is asked, two human beings sit across from one another—each carrying their own pressures, fears, and hopes. That human reality is the foundation of my work.

An interview is never just a procedural step. It is a moment of human interaction under stress. When we forget that, we lose the very conditions
that make truth possible.

Truth Requires Clarity, Not Pressure. I don’t divide interviewing into criminal, administrative, HR, or compliance categories. Those distinctions matter to organizations, not to people. The human brain responds to threat, shame, uncertainty, and pressure the same
way—regardless of the label on the case file.

  • Shame shuts people down.
  • Pressure produces compliance, not clarity.

If we want accurate accounts, we must understand the person in front of us not as a problem to solve, but as a human being navigating a difficult moment.

A Practice of Presence
Tone, pace, posture, and steadiness are not soft skills; they are accuracy tools. Truth doesn’t emerge because we push harder. It emerges because we create a space where thinking is possible.

I don’t chase confessions. I cultivate accounts that are coherent, internally generated, and aligned with what a person genuinely remembers.

People tell the truth when they feel safe enough to think. Not safe from accountability, but safe from humiliation and collapse. My job is to create that
space.
