During that time we will address those issues that you feel are those requiring the greatest emphasis.

We also can provide strategic training regarding internal affairs matters, employee misconduct investigations, investigative planning, case presentation, sworn statements, and many other specific areas pertinent to conducting outstanding, complete investigations with integrity.

    Anderson Investigative Associates (AIA) has the capability to provide you customized and specific audit, inspection, and evaluations interview training to maximize the quality of information received when completing your objectives. Our goal is to provide practical instruction that can be implemented as soon as your employee returns and begins their next audit, inspection, or evaluation. Our training focuses on the totality of the interview and how to manage it to maximize the information obtained and the quality of that information. We will custom fit that training to your organization’s perceived shortcomings or to hone those skills already present, but that could produce more complete results. This instruction will be constructed in whatever length course your organization has allocated budgeting.
